Business Analysis Planning

Taking the time to plan requirements activities is the foundation of a successful requirements process.  We develop a plan to ensure that requirements are clearly linked back to scope and objectives, that stakeholders are clearly identified and well engaged and that the review and approval process is understood and agreed.

Requirements Analysis and Design Definition

Organising and refining elicited requirements bridges the gap between what is needed and how it will be delivered.  We apply a range of methods including user stories, use cases and process models to capture and validate requirements.  Our experience allows us to choose methods which best support the need - whether it be process changes, solution design or product selection.
